I’m Joe Anthony Silva, and for more than three decades I’ve worked with people in business, sales, leadership, ministry, and life.
My professional career includes 25+ years in the health and medical sales industry, where I progressed from sales consulting into sales leadership and management. I also founded Joe Anthony Silva Consulting, LLC, bringing years of business, sales, communication, and leadership experience to my work.
Today, I combine that professional experience with my Christian faith and the lessons I’ve learned through some of life’s most difficult circumstances.

My career in the health and medical sales industry gave me extensive experience in sales, leadership, communication, accountability, relationship building, and navigating the challenges of a demanding professional environment.

Real-Life Experience
In 2021, my wife Marianne suffered a sudden brain aneurysm and remained unconscious and on life support for 19 days before entering Heaven.
Those 19 days changed my life.
They became the inspiration for my book, Nineteen Days of Grace, and deepened my understanding of faith, grief, hope, perseverance, and God’s grace.
I don’t coach from a textbook.
